5. NO REFUNDS / NO RETURNS — FINAL SALE POLICY
5.1 Absolute No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
DermaVu does NOT offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchase
- Lack of experience or training
- Dissatisfaction with results
- Failure to read product descriptions or policies
By purchasing, you expressly waive any right to refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes.
5.2 Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in:

6. EXCHANGES & DAMAGED ITEMS (LIMITED EXCEPTION)
Exchanges may be considered solely at DermaVu’s discretion and only if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- Request made within 30 days of purchase
- Product remains unused, unopened, and unaltered
- Original packaging intact
- Proof of purchase provided
Opened or used products are not eligible for exchange.
6.1 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery and include:
- Clear photographic and/or video evidence
- Order number
- Description of the issue
Failure to comply with documentation or timelines results in automatic denial.
7. EXPIRATION & PRODUCT HANDLING
- DermaVu does not sell expired products
- Expiration dates will be disclosed when remaining shelf life is 30 days or less (when applicable)
- Proper storage, handling, and usage after delivery are solely the customer’s responsibility
DermaVu assumes no liability for degradation, contamination, or misuse after delivery.
8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY DISCLAIMERS
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
- Delivery timelines are estimates only
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance
DermaVu is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
9. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & EDUCATION — NO REFUNDS
All digital products, including:

- Downloadable materials
- SOPs and manuals
- Videos and certificates
are non-refundable and non-returnable due to immediate access upon purchase.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
